TKO Fight Gear Store Order Processing Times
All orders are prepared and shipped from our central warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand. We aim to process and ship your order(s) within 2 business days.
Please note that orders are not processed nor shipped on Sundays or Thai public holidays. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on which shipping option was selected. We have strategically partnered with various couriers and shipping companies, all reliable and fast, for orders processed and shipped from Bangkok.
If we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, please be aware that shipping may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay detected, we assure you that we will get in touch with you via email or telephone. We apologise in advance for any unforeseen circumstances.
Please also allow additional days in transit for delivery and depending on your location, delays during customs clearance. These will be entirely outside of our control. We also cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by remote delivery locations or from adverse weather conditions.
Shipping Rates
We ship worldwide with competitive shipping costs.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout according to the weight and destination of your order.
If your country is not one currently included in our shipping areas, please do not hesitate to email us about the items you are looking at purchasing and we will email you with the correct shipping cost to your country.
If you are in the shipping method page and came across this error 'There are no shipping methods available for your cart or address', please email us at support@tkofightstore.com, detailing the items you are wanting to purchase and your shipping location eg. Robina, Queensland, Australia, and we will endeavour to respond to your email.
Please note that for heavy items (i.e above 5kgs), shipping rates are subject to change and we will contact you if there is a variation in shipping rates.
At TKO, we offer great competitive bulk purchases discount. Quotes for special wholesale rates can be requested so please do not hesitate to contact us at support@tkofightstore.com. Please include as many details as possible such as sizes and colours of items, quantities, shipping location, etc.
Delivery Timeframes
Your order is processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery timeframe estimates may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected:
Express shipping*: 3-5 business days
Standard/economy shipping^: 7-21 business days
Sea and Road Freight: 35-60 business days
*All your orders are shipped using the default express shipping method through DHL.
^For smaller/lighter items, only if you select this method at checkout.
Please also note that sometimes shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstance that is completely outside of our control eg. a natural disaster that may disrupt a delivery or airline strikes. Please note that the current Covid-19 pandemic situation is affecting our standard/economy shipping as well as sea and road freight because Thailand Post is now barred from doing outgoing shipments. DHL Express however, remains undisrupted.
Shipping Address
TKO Fight Store will only ship to the registered address of the credit card that was used to pay for the order.
Important Notice
You may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by customs authorities in your country once your order arrives. You as the customer are solely responsible for these charges incurred, if any. TKO fight gear store has no control over what these charges are nor can we predict what they may be. As a result, TKO fight gear store is exempt from any duties and taxes incurred in the customer’s country of destination and we will not refund any monies paid for your order in the event that you refuse to pay the charges incurred.
